Where can I dine for breakfast at The Resort?
Dockside Restaurant, located in The Resort lobby, serves breakfast starting at 6:00 AM. Lobby Cafe has coffee options as well as fresh-baked pastries, breakfast sandwiches, and fruit parfaits. Cafe Espresso & Juice Bar in the Plaza Shops makes cold-pressed juice, smoothie bowls, and overnight oats.

Golf Course

How do I get to the Golf Course and Infinity Pool?
Complimentary transportation is provided for all Resort guests. Choose between our gorgeous Wooden Eagle lake shuttle boats or our luxurious motorcoaches. Transportation runs every 30 minutes. To catch the Wooden Eagle boats, meet at the dock area below Whispers lounge on the south side of the resort. Please be advised that children under the age of 5 are not permitted on the lake shuttle boats.

Do you have to be a Resort guest to golf at the golf course?
No, you do not have to be staying at The Resort to play the golf course.

How long does a round of golf take?
A typical 18-hole round will take approximately 4 hours and 20 minutes.

Can a second round of golf be played on the same day?
Yes, playing a second round of golf on the same day can be accommodated through the pro shop for a reduced fee on most days, depending on availability.

How do I transport my golf clubs to the Golf Course?
Golf clubs can be transported from The Resort to the Golf Course on our luxurious motorcoaches. Club transportation takes approximately 45 minutes from The Resort. Golf clubs are not permitted on the Wooden Eagle boats. You may also have your clubs shipped directly to the golf course through our preferred partner, Ship Sticks.

What is the distance of the Floating Green?
Each day, the par 3, 14th Hole, distance changes to play anywhere from 90 yards from the ladies tee, all the way up to 220 yards from the championship tees. The standard tee will typically play from 140 - 170 yards. Golfers take a maximum of two attempts to land safely on the island before taking a drop on the green if necessary.

What is available to rent golf equipment at the Golf Course?
Golf shoes ($15) as well as current-year model TaylorMade and Mizuno premium golf clubs ($59) are available for rent. All players must have a set of golf clubs to play the course. Please call (208) 667-4653 for availability or to reserve with a tee time reservation.

What is included in my Green Fee?
Your green fee includes 18 Holes of Award-winning golf, forecaddie service for the group, use of new, 2019 custom luxury golf cart, practice balls prior to round, pre-round warm-up sports massage, secured club storage and cleaning, and a personalized engraved commemorative bag tag.

Does a forecaddie accompany every golf group?
Yes, our forecaddies are critical to the high level of service provided on the course. Forecaddies greet you when you arrive at the course, provide on-course concierge services, understand the general tendencies of the greens, provide accurate yardages, tend pins, rake bunkers, and can assist in ordering food and beverages at the turn. Please note - forecaddie gratuity is not included in your green fee.

I have never played with a forecaddie. How much gratuity is expected?
Our forecaddies provide undivided attention and detailed service during the round of golf. It is customary to pay the forecaddie a gratuity at the end of the round. The average gratuity is $25 per player. The amount should be thoughtfully reflective of the level of service and overall enhancement of the golf experience.

Can spectators ride in the golf carts?
Spectators are allowed to ride in carts for a $25 fee and must be over 12 years of age. To drive a golf cart, golfers or spectators must have a valid driver's license.

Are there tennis courts at the resort?
Yes, there are 4 tennis courts at the golf course for registered resort guests only. Court fees are $20 per person per day. Tennis racquets are available to rent at the golf pro shop.

Do I have to be a Resort guest to go to the Spa?

Where do lake cruises depart from?
All public Lake Coeur d'Alene Cruises depart from Independence Point. Charter cruises depart from the Boardwalk Marina. Holiday Light Show cruises meet in the Plaza Shops and are escorted by elves to the boats.

How do I get lake cruise tickets?
You can purchase Lake Coeur d'Alene Cruise Tickets online, at the ticket office at Independence Point, or through Concierge in the lobby. For information on charter cruises, please call (208) 292-5670 ext.5623.

Are all-ages welcome on lake cruises?

Are food and drink available for purchase?
Yes, all lake cruises have a full bar and snacks available for purchase. There is no outside food or drink allowed on the cruise boats.

Can someone drive the boat for me if I rent one?
Sorry, drivers are not available to drive rental boats.

Is there a spot I can store my belongings while on the water?
Yes, there are lockers available at the boat shop that can store personal belongings.

Can I smoke on the docks?
No, there is absolutely no smoking on the fuel dock.

What water sports can I do on my rented boat?
Tubes are available for rent for tubing while out on the lake. There is no water skiing, wake-boarding or fishing allowed on rental boats.

Pools & Fitness Center

What are the pool hours?
The outdoor Infinity Pool is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily.The indoor Pool and Fitness Center is open for adult use 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily and children under 16 are welcome 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily.

Where is the outdoor Infinity Pool?
The outdoor Infinity Pool is located at the golf course on the lakefront. You can access it by Wooden Eagle Shuttle Boats or motor coach transport.

How much is a Cabana rental?
There are 2 private cabanas located at the outdoor Infinity Pool. Private Luxury Cabanas rentals are $250 per day. There is a maximum of eight guests in each cabana. Request a Poolside Cabana Reservation (note - a resort stay confirmation number is required to submit the request form).

Are lifeguards on duty?
No, please do not leave young children unattended. There are not lifeguards on duty at the indoor pool, infinity pool or private beach.

Can I make room charges at the outdoor Infinity Pool?
Yes, you can purchase food and drinks at the Infinity Pool and charge them to your hotel room. The Infinity Pool also accepts cash, credit and debit cards, and Resort gift cards.

Transportation

Does The Resort provide airport transportation?
Yes, we do offer shuttle service. It is $50 one way or $69 round trip per person. We need 48 hours notice in order to book the shuttle, you can call (855) 379-5478 to make a reservation.

Is there parking available at The Resort?
Covered parking is available at The Resort. It is $19 per day to self-park or $23 to valet park.

How do I get to Cedars Floating Restaurant?
Complimentary transportation is provided for all Resort guests to the resort owned, Cedar's Floating Restaurant on the lake, literally. Located an approximately 8-minute drive from The Resort. Please call (855) 379-5478 to make your transportation reservation or visit the Concierge in The Resort lobby.

Local area hotels in the area are much like anywhere else you might travel but if you’re looking for something a little different in the local area and have more than a few hours to spend, I would suggest checking out the Coeur d’Alene Casino, located in Coeur d’Alene Idaho and only about 30 miles from Spokane International. However if Gambling isn’t your thing there are plenty of other hotels in the area and it’s easy to locate many well-known hotel brands; Ramada, Hilton Garden Inn and the Oxford Inn just to name a few. Most Spokane hotel transportation is available for large group throughout the day.

Spokane International Airport is the gateway between Coeur d’Alene and all of the northern part of Idaho. The airport code is GEG and primarily serves Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. Located in Spokane county and is near west of downtown Spokane, this airport is the one of the biggest in all of Washington.

Spokane International Airport is a major hub because of the accessibility to resorts and attractions, located in the northwestern part of the United States. These attractions include ski resorts, hunting cabins, lodges and not to mention quite little towns. This home away from home feel helps generate revenue especially in the winter months when snowboarding, skiing and other mountainous sports are in season. Spokane International also offers its share of long haul flights to Hawaii this however is also seasonal.
